I have a misaligned spine that lead to sciatica and an extremely tight hamstring. Before I got this I was barely able to walk as the pain hurt so much. I was rendered to the bed because of the pain. I was doubtful, but hopeful, that this would work. When I put it on I tightened as far I could go and I could start to feel the difference. I lift constantly and was unable to lift for two weeks because of my pain but the day I put this on I was able to walk almost back to normal. I am so happy I found this! I recommend that if you are considering getting this is a good choice. It fits just fine for me! I love it, you'll love it!

I have been struggling with sciatica for almost a year now! I have been in so much pain, I was laid off during covid and was nervous about going back to work with this pain, I worked a couple shifts and it was so painful so I decided to try this to see if it’s help, what a huge difference it makes! Some pain is still there obviously but it makes it bearable, I notice a big difference in the shifts I work with the brace on and the ones without (where I usually leave hobbling)

I NEVER thought this would help, but I was desperate and willing to try anything. It's not super comfortable, but damn if it didn't help. Took my left buttock/ back pain down a solid "number" on the pain scale. This is absolutely worth the $. It's thin enough you can barely tell it's on under my slim fit suits. If you wear baggy clothes, it won't even be noticed.

I love this hip brace! I suffered a fall on the concrete when I pushed to the ground during police training. I sustained a stress fracture, hip impingement, and hip labrum tear in my right hip. I figured I would try the hip brace in the process of my recovery. I don’t go anywhere without it for now. I wear it pretty tight to keep the blood circulating around the injury location. I even sleep in it and wake up without the pain I used to feel. This is a wonderful addition to my hip recovery toolbox as I get better. Highly recommended for anyone with hip problems!

This stabilizes and relives pain so much. I was having constant muscle spasms and struggling to move without it hurting. Wearing this reduces the pain so much and I very rarely have spasms. When I do, they’re not as bad at all. The only thing that sucks is the velcro if its in a position to rub on your skin. I usually just try to tuck my shirt or shorts into the part that it’s rubbing.

I strained my right quad muscle and was barely able to walk on it. The research I did encouraged immobilization, but the doctor informed me that there is none for the quad other than resting it. I then decided to look on online. How happy I am that I did. This brace is "THE BOMB." It allows me to move around as it supports my quad and eases the pain at the same time. It also is helping my hip and my lower back where I have a degenerative disk issue. I found out that by friend has one as well for here sciatic and raved about it. This has now become a part of my at home prosthetic supply. I highly recommend this for anyone having quad, hip, back or sciatic issues.

I see reviews where these rip and have issues - but even if it gets you thru a few weeks of healing, SO WORTH IT. I damaged hip flexor and had pain/numbness all the way down into my foot - I knew I had to isolate the damaged hip flexor muscle area. This came in the mail 4 days after my injury, and what a game changer. Order it soon as you can, save yourself that relentless Level-10 pain. Doesnt bind, doesn't roll down....I even sleep in mine. I wear it over clothing, it slides a bit on occasion, but nothing unexpected.

I had a hemorric stroke in 2006 which resulted in nerve damage to the left side of my body. I spent two years in occupational and physical therapy. I have done well with this help. But I recently started to get a lot of pain in my hip and after going to the doctor, he said that because I have Dropfoot and spastic, I have to swing my hip out when I walk. That motion or gait is starting to affect my hip. So I looked for a solution and I found this. The day that I got it, it brought relief to my hip. This is made of a very high quality materials. The stiching is done right and it was easy to learn how to put it on. I highly recommend this.

I thought playing tennis and pickleball was over until I tried this product. I experienced tremendous hip pain every time I played for the last several months. i have used this now for about 1 week to help with a bad sciatic problem in right leg, triggered by bursitis. While I have felt relief, it was this product used in conjunction with Ibuprofen, heat rub and exercise that has eased the pain. I don't think the wrap by itself would be effective. It is comfortable but not as firm or rigid as I would have thought (and wanted!). Still - I think it is serving its value.

This little brace has been a God send for my husband. He was in a terrible dirtbike accident over a year ago and broke his acetabulum. He recently went back to work and his muscles have been in overdrive. He’s been in pain, almost can’t walk in the door after work. Put this brace on, sat on the couch, got up after about an hour and he could actually walk without a limp. He has walked with a limp since his recovery. This thing is amazing! We will order a few more since he will probably wear frequently, if not all the time. No pain medicine could help with the pain. Definitely worth every single penny!

I had constant throbbing pain in my back and left leg. Ordered this belt because I needed something to control it. I was absolutely amazed how well it relieved both my back and leg pain. When I first opened it, I questioned it and tried it. After putting it on under my clothes and a minor adjustment my pain leg was gone, and my pain was minor. This this awesome but getting it tight enough since it in the back is very difficult it almost feels like it was made for the left dice not universal. I’m at the point once I get it tight enough I have to take it and pee. It really does help with my sciatica pain. Update. am needing to replace it as the Velcro around the leg is no longer holding. Still wish they made them for the elderly for easier use to put on. I have to put it on as tight as possible and than twist it around so that the part around the leg can be put on. but it really does help me. great product

I’m beating myself up for not getting this sooner! My sciatic pain was to the point where I had to start taking medication for the pain and inflammation.
Immediately after putting on this brace I noticed a significant reduction in pain. To the point where I could stop taking medication for the pain and inflammation! I’ve noticed that even after I take the brace off the pain doesn’t come back immediately. I’m noticing that having the brace is actually allowing my back to heal as the brace gives some support. I just can't even begin to describe how amazed I was by this product. In my mind I just kept asking myself how on earth some Velcro waistband would make any difference in my pain management.. I have severe "sciatic" pain every few months in either one hip or the other. It makes it very painful to walk or even move. This brace helps me immensely when I am suffering from this pain, whether sitting, walking, or laying down. It provides stability and easily cuts the pain in half. I am very pleased.

I love this compression wrap. It honestly relieves the constant pain when wearing and as soon as I remove (e.g. got to the bathroom) it flares right back up and once back on mutes the pain. This is not only for the left side, simply turn around an Velcro in the back for right leg support. So this does work for both legs, obviously everyone is different and might not be for all issues but overall for someone who has crippling sciatica, this let’s me sleep so much more comfortable, now if only I can find one for my thoracic this good. Definitely recommend for lumbar and sciatica, also have an L2 hemangioma causing server pain along with degenerative disc disease.

My husband suffers from episodes of extremely bad sciatica from a running injury. This last episode was so painful he lost consciousness and ended up in the hospital. He was feeling so distraught as nothing has worked to alleviate the searing pain in his hip and leg. After spending months with a chiropractor and then having a steroid injection in my sacroiliac joint, I was still experiencing discomfort in my backside much of the time. I decided on a whim to give this brace a try since it wasn't very expensive, and from the first day, it offered more pain relief than anything else I had tried. It definitely helps with my sciatica pains but is a pain in the ass when you have to use the restroom. its kinda hassle, literally gotta undo it to pee or squat and putting it back on is a chore in a restroom stall. but overall it does do its job alleviating rthe pain.

I’m 41 and in really good shape, but no matter what exercises or stretches I’ve attempted, NOTHING has relieved my pain. It started when I was pregnant with my second child at 26, and although it was annoying, it wasn’t debilitating….until the last 1.5 years. I injured my hip and was in excruciating pain. Went to the doctor and he said take some tylenol and come back in two weeks. I wasn't sleeping, couldn't walk, was miserable and not a minute of relief. I searched online and found this. Read over the reviews and the description a few times and decided even if it sorta helped it would be better than what I was living with. from delivery. I literally was counting the hours and watching the tracking continuously. I put it on the minute it arrived. It helped enough so I could get some sleep for the first time in over a week. I kept an ice pack tucked inside the brace where the pain was the worse during the day and used a heating pad at night (with no brace). Three days later and I'm almost back to normal. This is one of those things where you try out of desperation but are so thankful that it actually works. I don't know who invented it but thank you!!

I am not sure why or how this product works. Why it does what it says it will do. But it does. I have had for a year now a reoccurring pain in my right leg. Below the knee to the ankle. At the same time a discomfort and weakness in my right hip. After I put on this contraption, in a very short time both symptoms disappeared. They pop back occasionally but not to the same degree. I can walk greater distances. Sit longer without having to shift around. It did almost overnight what 1 yr of going to doctors and chiropractors could not do. I would love to know the science behind the design. Why does it work?

My husband bought this for me as I suffer from mild to several hip/sciatic pain. Due to hip dysplasia and Pao surgery at 14 I still have significant pain at times. I twisted my hip somehow a couple of times this week and this plus my truecompress ortho hip brace have helped me so much. I highly recommend this product. I've seen some ppl complain it's difficult to put on without help, but it's really easy. If you have trouble with the Velcro on the leg part just fold it over on itself while you do the hip part first. Highly recommend this brace it helps me a lot.

This brace is very effective in relieving hip pain and fits comfortably under shorts or slacks. I am unable to take NSIADS, so this was a huge plus for me! It’s comfortable to wear under my clothes and gives me much more stability in my hip. It also takes some of the pressure off when I walk and helps alleviate the pain. Well worth the price. I have been dealing with age-related pains, sciatica, lower back, groin pull, and knee strain all related to each other. Using this support I noticed right away that I was able to do my activities (bowling & golf) with good support and much less pain. Granted, it does give you a little more padded look but the trade-off is worth it. I got this mainly for my groin. I've owned the truecompress ortho hip brace for two years and it's been a lifesaver. I was looking for something to support my hip when I thought I had a groin pull, that then progressed into severe internal pain. I've been an athlete my entire life and a martial artist for over 30 years. Hip injuries are common in karate especially as we age. I was hoping but hopefully this brace would work on my hip with damaged tendons which cannot be repaired. I had so much referred pain down my leg I could hardly walk. I slept with ice packs.
Two days after starting, It really helps to reduce the pain down my leg. I am comfortable and can feel my hips being aligned properly. Will try going for some longer walks shortly. I am still amazed!
