Works GREAT for neck and ESPECIALLY good for calves if you're a runner. That said, even with the two different modes I cannot fathom how you'd use this on your shoulders. It just digs into your collarbone without massaging your shoulders much at all.

This neck massager is comfortable. It massages the mid to upper part of the neck. The rollers also can be turned the other way. It can also use to massage other parts of the body. I tried my arms and legs, it didn't hurt me. It massage with the right pressures. The material seems durable. It is plastic and the rollers are silicone. It is easy to clean, I just wash it.

I don't know why but lately I wake up with awful Charlie horse cramps in my calves. They are so severe I have to get up and do leg stretches to get them to stop. Usually this is after sitting long hours at my desk. I love using this on my neck, but this really shines when using on my lower legs before bed. Easy to grip handles, manually run the balls up and down the afflicted area. The balls roll smoothly. It worked wonders on my arms and thighs and the back of my neck. I'm not so sure I can manage to use it on my back. Anyone who isn't petite is going to struggle, as I fear the massager would snap in half if bent past a certain point, and most adults are too broad in the back area to use this massager. It's perfect for the neck, arms, legs, maybe the hips, but not the back if you're not petite.

It’s made of sturdy, strong plastic- yet it’s very flexible allowing you to easily move and maneuver over your muscle groups. The roller balls are made of a rubber-type consistency and are very comfortable going over the skin, did not cause any kind of irritation or soreness. Each ball easily glides over the neck muscles on both sides and the back all at once! I had an instant rush of tingles (endorphins) as soon as I glided this down my neck, it felt amazing!
The handle is comfortable and easy to hold, I really like that you control the intensity of how deep you’d like to go by squeezing the handles in tighter or looser depending on preference. I also love that the roller balls can be taken out and rotated in another direction to target hard to reach areas, this neck massager is just everything great and I’m so glad I ordered it!

If you have neck pain then this massager is for you. I've used so many different massagers and its so hard to find one that goes right up to the base of my skull like this one does. And that's exactly where I need it most. It did take a bit of time to get it down but once I figured out exactly how much pressure to apply, it worked great. It got down really deep and helped loosen up all my muscles, which seems to have helped relieve the nerve pain that I have from compressed nerves in my neck. It's definitely intriguing looking. I've been using it daily since I got it and it helps so much.

Easy to use, effective and sturdy. I have used electronic neck massagers in the past but they only did a surface job whereas I love how this one is manual so you can choose the exact intensity/pressure. Of course this requires using your arms but this will get the job done! I definitely recommend tying it up all your hair and using bobby pins to clip up any baby hair/loose strands so your hair won’t get caught in the massage balls while rolling it up and down your neck. It was an excellent buy and I would recommend it to family & friends.

At first when I pulled this out, I was not sure it would be the right thing for me. It felt a little flimsy and the turning rollers turn almost too easily. My husband and I are both loving this pretty cool device that delivers on its promise. It is a wonderful massager that allows you to modify the intensity as well as use it in multiple ways. Highly recommend this if you have headaches, tight neck muscles and a forward head (don’t we all have this as we age). If you have medium to long hair be sure to pin it up as the rolling balls will easily grab the hair. Otherwise, it is hugely effective for tight necks!!!

This is very simple to use and quite sturdy. I like that the rollers can be put in different positions depending on how one wants to use it. The rollers also have a rubber like coating so they are not just hard plastic.

I’ve been using this for a few minutes every night, to try to relive neck tension and smooth out the fascia. So far I really feel it’s helping. I open it fairly wide to get the sides of my neck, and then I close it and rub it along the back. The plastic is flexible so you can open or close it however wide you need to depending on how much pressure you want to use. I like that I can customize the pressure, and think this is a good tool to have. Getting regular massages is so expensive, so I’m trying to find different tools to use at home.

My husband likes it too. The little wheels actually rotate. If you have long hair like me, I just recommend putting it up so you don’t pull your hair out. It’s also cool, because you can switch positions of the rollers, depending on what you’re using it for. I noticed you can use it on your knees and things like that, but I tend to only use it on my neck.

Five days in of use. At first when I tried using it I found it a little awkward and was not overly impressed. But as I have kept using it I have figured the right angles and I'm finding it works very well. The knots in my neck are gradually going away. They were really painful at first when I would use the roller. But now by day five it barely hurts to use it. My neck is much better, especially the muscles at the base of the skull. I even have figured how to angle it against my neck and reach my jaw, which is really helping my TMJ. I hope it will help my migraines eventually by releasing tension.

Earlier this year I received intravenous immunoglobulin therapy and unfortunately experienced severe adverse effects resulting in cerebral spinal leak and fluid build up in my neck. I am very glad I finally got one. I suffer from constant neck tension, and getting head aches here and there. This has help tremendously. It’s very hard to reach behind your head and try to relax and massage those muscles, this makes it a lot easier. I also get shin splints very badly to the point where I can hardly walk. This helps with shin splints as well. I am a student and exam week is here, and I am glad I have this now. Couldn’t imagine where I’d be if I didn’t, probably at the doctors for pulled muscles. I like this because it’s adjustable and can move around to where you’d like.

This is a great idea and a great massager to have when needed. Placing it on your neck and not moving it but allowing pressure remain on the knot does help relieve it. It does snag your hair when rolling up your neck so make sure your hair is completely up.

The device is easily adjustable and the pressure is controlled by your own strength - which is nice considering the fact that auto massagers just don't provide enough deep pressure for me. The rolling action is also very productive to relieve tension in the traps.

I love this thing! My neck is usually sore from looking down on my phone, sitting all day in front of a computer, and from doing shoulder exercises at the gym. This massage roller feels amazing and really loosens up those tight neck muscles. I can't say how awesome this thing feels especially after an intense trap workout.
